By creating a KeyStash account or using any part of the service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Description of Service
KeyStash is a secrets management platform that allows individuals and teams to store, organize, and retrieve environment variables and credentials in a secure, encrypted manner.
3. Your Responsibilities
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You must not share your account or use KeyStash to store data on behalf of others without their consent.
- You must not use the service to store secrets that violate any applicable law or third-party rights.
- You are solely responsible for the secrets you store and any consequences of their exposure.
4. Security
KeyStash applies encryption and security best practices to protect your data. However, no system is completely immune to attack. You acknowledge that you use the service at your own risk and that KeyStash is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from your own negligence (e.g., weak passwords, compromised devices).
5. Prohibited Uses
You may not use KeyStash to:
- Store, distribute, or facilitate illegal activity.
- Attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the system.
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service.
- Impersonate another person or entity.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these terms. You may also delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.
7. Limitation of Liability
KeyStash is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of material changes.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in a court of competent jurisdiction.
